About Me

My name is Nico Gamarra. I currently play in a Prep Hockey Program with Rice Memorial in South Burlington, Vt. I’m from Weston, Fl. It’s a small town about 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I started weightlifting and training when I was 15 years old. Since the first day I started weightlifting I fell in love with it. Being able to escape the stress of your job, school, or just your responsibilities in general with just a pair of earbuds and a gym is a very relaxing feeling. Walking to the water fountain after finishing a hard set jamming to your favorite music without a worry in the world is a very rewarding feeling, however I’m not here to talk to you about how nice it is to live in a care-free world for an hour. I’ve decided to start this blog because I want to help people from all over looking for help in their fitness journey. Whether it’s to lose 20 lbs or to gain muscle or size I’ve got your back. In my 4 years of lifting I’ve tried and put together many techniques and variations to standard lifts to make the exercises that much more helpful. Now being able to train properly and having the right technique is important to gaining muscle or shredding fat, but nutrition is absolutely vital and I’ve made a meal plan specifically for bulking muscle and shredding fat!
