Most of us can agree that the gym is a place that we can escape the responsibilities of our lives and just focus on ourselves for an hour. It’s a great stress free feeling. I’ve been going to the gym for about 4 years, I’ve made mistakes, and I’ve even spent months lifting with improper technique which got absolutely nowhere.

I’ve decided to start this page to help everyone and anyone to train better, eat better, and feel better. You can avoid the early beginner mistakes in the weight room and the kitchen by following my workouts and meal plans I have set up for you. Did I mention that all of this is FREE to you! Workout and meal plans like the ones you can find on this site would cost you upwards of $25 just to look at! I think that’s crazy and that’s why I’ve started this blog.
